Life Center is an innovative shared-space non-profit facility serving Northern Colorado.  19 non-profit organizations are ensuring access to vital resources and programs.  We also maximize agency resources and contributions by sharing overhead costs.

Life Center Community Spaces

Ways to Support the the vision of the Life Center :  HNS has raised 75% of the funds needed to complete the Life Center, but we need your help to close the gap to complete the community spaces intended to serve our youth, seniors, and adult populations with education, health, and life skills, and enriching activities.

Give Now to one of the final projects!
The  Community Room is a meeting area and gm where we will offer a variety of educational classes and  enrichment opportunities to promote learning skills, as well as healthy and fun activities for youth.  This room will seat up to 250 people and accommodate larger gatherings for social and educational events.
The Busy Bee Activity Room is an activity room where we will model parenting and early learning skills to parents and children through interactive reading and play activities.  Families who already have a trusted relationship with HNS and its partners will flourish in this program.
The Life Center Playground will be a fun and safe place for children who’s families acceess Life Center services, children of families in the Angel House Program (program for homeless families with children), or attending classes.
The Large Conference Room will seat 150 people for events such as conferences, classes, training and awareness opportunities to inform and educate our community of concerns, needs, and good things happening in our surrounding areas of Northern Colorado, as well as host events and social gatherings.

Special Tax Benefits-HNS is an Enterprise Zone Agency-25% State Tax Credit
Your gift to House of Neighborly Service Campaign for the Life Center is tax deductible and is eligible for a Colorado Income Tax Credit due to the Project’s designation as a Larimer County Enterprise Zone Project.  The tax credit is equal to 25% of your gift and can be used to offset your Colorado Income Tax. Our mission is to provide “help for today and hope for tomorrow” as we directly impact the living conditions for low-income and impoverished residents, as well as a hand-up approach to those who have found themselves in a financial or situational crisis.

There are so many ways you can get involved with House of Neighborly Service. We are looking for people just like you to give their time, talent, and treasure. Volunteer opportunities are available at HNS, Angel House, and 137 Homeless Connection.

House of Neighborly Service has created a new initiative in serving through the Life Center-1511 E 11th St, Loveland. We share space with 16 other non-profits. Generous support from people in our community just like you keep House of Neighborly Service programs running with excellence.
