This position leads content creation for social media and e-news and provides graphic design support for materials used across HNS programs -
Part Time | Tuesdays and Thursdays | Berthoud
Overview:
The HNS Resource Navigator – Level II, works with clients with the intent to advocate and support with basic needs, application assistance and referrals; which is a strength-based approach in serving clients through community partnerships and resource navigation. Additional focus includes the Senior Mobile Program. This position works closely with the navigation team. -

Overview:
The HNS Resource Navigator – Level I, the Resource Navigator supports individuals experiencing low income or situational challenges by helping them access and navigate available HNS services. They connect clients to appropriate resources, determine eligibility, and make referrals as needed.
