HNS STAFF AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  • Glorie Magrum, Executive Director (Since 2001):
    Glorie Magrum, Executive Director (Since 2001):

    Glorie Magrum is the Executive Director of House of Neighborly Service and the Life Center. She is a graduate of Long Beach City College and Eagle Rock University, Long Beach. She worked at Hewlett Packard/DCD Ft. Collins and Loveland’s Reporter Herald Publications before joining the HNS staff. Glorie received the United Way “Collaborator of the Year” award in 2010 and Loveland Rotary Club’s “Community Member of the Year” award in 2012. She is co-chair of Larimer County’s Long Term Recovery Group for the September 2013 flood, a member of the Larimer County VOAD, serves on the Board of Directors of King’s Kids Africa, and multiple community and outreach committees.

    Glorie has shared the mission of House of Neighborly Service and the vision of the Life Center to the American Public Human Service Commission in Washington DC, the National Differential Response Conference in Seattle, Washington, and many times in the local arena of business, churches, schools, and government.

  • Gary Mitchell, Finance Manager (Since 2006):

    Gary holds a Masters Degree in Accounting and has more that 20 years experience in the field of financial accounting. Gary ensures that House of Neighborly Service accounting and financial reporting is accurate and available to the public, our donors, and grantors.

  • Jinger Tomassi, Berthoud Manager (Since 2012):

    Jinger and her volunteer team facilitates House of Neighborly Service programs in Berthoud to serve residents in the most southern regions of Larimer County. She also coordinates the Berthoud Life Center and represents the agency at local events and fundraising activities in the Berthoud community.

  • Erin Becerra, Food Department Manager (Since 2003):

    Erin serves as the manager of the HNS Food Program and is passionate about being part of a team of 40+ volunteers and staff dedicated to providing wholesome, nourishing food baskets to our struggling neighbors.

  • Alma Blanco, Clothing Department Manager (Since 2010):

    Alma manages the Clothing Program and coordinates donations and display areas of the HNS Boutique. She oversees and coordinates 30+ volunteers.

  • Katherine Stover, Lead Caseworker (Since 2014):

    Katherine has many years of experience in the area of management, social services, and educational programs. She leads the HNS staff and volunteer case management team, as well as our clerical and hospitality volunteers. House of Neighborly Service caseworkers go through extensive training and interact with representatives from local agencies and organizations to keep well informed about new programs or changes in our area.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

HNS is governed by a Board of Directors representing a diverse group of compassionate and caring people. They give their valuable time, business and professional expertise, support HNS with financial and personal commitment, and act as ambassadors to promote our mission.
