Family Navigators

Family Navigators

offer families with children, ages 0 to 18, support and resources for basic needs, education, connections to employment, housing and other vital community resources. Family Navigators encourage and support parents to meet their children’s needs through advocacy and resource navigation.

Community Resource Navigation:   

  • Housing 
  • Employment 
  • Families with Children Services                                 

Stabilization and Homeless Prevention:

  • Advocacy
  • Applying for benefits
  • Basic Needs: food, clothing, gas vouchers, utility assistance, Chilson Rec Youth scholarships, etc.

LOVELAND: Monday-Wednesday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Thursdays, 9:00am-6:00pm
