Family Navigators
Family Navigators
offer families with children, ages 0 to 18, support and resources for basic needs, education, connections to employment, housing and other vital community resources. Family Navigators encourage and support parents to meet their children’s needs through advocacy and resource navigation.

Stabilization and Homeless Prevention:

- Basic Needs: food, clothing, gas vouchers, utility assistance, Chilson Rec Youth scholarships, etc.

LOVELAND: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm 1511 E. 11th Street, Suite 100, Loveland, CO 80537 *Located at the Life Center inside the House of Neighborly Service lobby.
