Guiding Connections (formerly 137 Homeless Connection) provides encouragement, referrals, housing advocacy, resources, supplies, and peer navigation for adults experiencing homelessness to stabilize and address immediate and future needs.

Food and clothing can be dropped off at House of Neighborly Service Donation Drop-off area at 1511 E. 11th Street, Loveland. Please label donations for "Guiding Connections".

MASH: Mobile Assistance Serving Homeless

MASH is an extension of Guiding Connections where the team is intentionally connecting through relationships, providing resources, and following up with additional resource navigation to adults who are experiencing homelessness in our community.
